Regulatory Affairs contribute essentially to the overall success of drug development, both at early pre-marketing stages and at all times post-marketing. The pharmaceutical industry 2019 deals with an increasing number of interesting drug candidates, all of which necessitate the involvement of the quality assurance in regulatory affairs department.

A few device, apparatus, application, software, material or other article, whether used only or in blend, together with any accessories, including the software intended by its manufacturer to be used specifically for diagnostic and/or therapeutic purposes and essential for its proper application, intended by the manufacturer to be used for human beings for the purpose of

· Diagnosis, prevention, observing, treatment, or improvement of disease

· Diagnosis, monitoring, behavior, improvement of, or compensation for an injury or handicap

· Investigation, additional, or modification of the anatomy or of a physiological process

· Control of derivation; and which does not recognize its major intended action in or on the human body by pharmacological, immunological, or metabolic means, but which may be assisted in its function by such means.

\r\n A pharmaceutical company, or drug company, is a commercial business licensed to research, develop, market and/or distribute drugs, most commonly in the context of healthcare. The pharmaceutical industry is now one of the most profitable and influential in existence, attracting praise and controversy. Drug discovery is the process by which drugs are discovered and/or designed. In the past most drugs have been discovered either by identifying the active ingredient from traditional remedies or by serendipitous discovery.

\r\n

\r\n A newer approach has been to understand how disease and infection are controlled at the molecular and physiology level and to target specific entities based on this knowledge

The future of the Pharmaceutical Industry lies in overcoming barriers to innovation through advances in data analytics. We need to move past the challenge of unstructured data sets and integrating data from multiple sources to begin to work collaboratively with other departments and organizations and create a real world evidence framework for our pharmaceutical development through effective data utilization.

Green Pharmacy is proposed for the need of synthesis from raw materials, production of products, transportation, storage, deliveries, usage, and disposal, are appropriately assessed, anticipated, and managed. Clearly, pharmacists and the practice of the broader pharmaceutical sciences must contribute to achieving a greener pharmacy.

The practice of community pharmacy has extended critical part in giving protected, viable medicine treatment and directing on proper utilize and precautionary measures

Drug discovery is a process in pharmacy which involves the interaction of various disciplines leading to the invention of potent drug entities. The major part of drug design involves the identification of characteristic diagnostic biomarkers such as a protein responsible for the disease or disorder and then developing a drug molecule of therapeutic potency that targets it. The process involves various branches of pharmacology coalesce with biotechnology, bioinformatics, molecular biology, nanotechnology and biochemistry that ultimately leads to the production of molecules of therapeutic value.

The Novel Drug delivery systems are the edifice by which a drug is delivered can have a important effect on its efficacy. Every drugs have an optimum concentration range within which maximum benefit is derived, and concentrations above or below this range can be toxic or produce no Local Drug Delivery Systems benefit at all. On the other pointer, the very slow development in the efficacy of the management of modest diseases, has suggested a growing need for a multidisciplinary approach to the delivery of therapeutics to targets in tissues. From this, new ideas on monitoring the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, non-specific toxicity, immunogenicity, bio recognition, and efficacy of drugs were generated. These new procedures, often called drug delivery systems (DDS), are based on interdisciplinary approaches that combine polymer science, pharmaceutics, bio conjugate chemistry, and molecular biology.

The last few years have been a positive period overall for both the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Most importantly, there has been a renaissance with regard to the increase in the number of new drugs approved and under development for the two segments of the business.

Many of these innovations are driven by new research methods and the growth of new therapeutic options, such as immune-related oncology drugs, personalized medicine, stem cells, and biologics.
